Beginning early in 2023, US customers will have access to a wide range of high-quality Tatung transformers, serviced by Sunbelt Solomon.
The partnership will see the large Taiwanese manufacturer delivering liquid filled transformers in various kV and MVA sizes to American customers, with Sunbelt Solomon providing the installation, maintenance, refurbishment, and disposal.
“Tatung is looking for a company that they know is going to stand behind their work, and they know that Sunbelt Solomon has the experience and the capability to do that,” says Nancy John, Vice President of Field Services.
With lead times for large equipment like the transformers that Tatung sells averaging three years, US customers will be well-served by Tatung’s much-shorter lead times. And all of the services performed on the transformers by Sunbelt Solomon will be warrantied for 12 months. Altogether, this means well-built, trustworthy equipment, delivered on an impressive timeline and serviced by a well-known and trusted US company.
