Sunbelt was formed in Temple, Texas primarily selling reconditioned distribution transformers.

Sunbelt opened its Sharon, PA facility and for a brief period, manufactured new transformers.
Sunbelt stopped transformer manufacturing, and focused exclusively on providing sustainable power services and solutions.
Solomon Corporation and Sunbelt Transformer merged to create Sunbelt Solomon.
Sunbelt Solomon acquires Trinity Power Rentals.
