New acquisition extends Sunbelt Solomon’s geographical reach and capabilities, bringing significant benefits to customers
Introduction
Sunbelt Solomon Solutions (“SSS” or “the Company”), a leading provider of customized electrical power solutions and services, today announced that the Company has acquired Holland Industrial Services (“Holland”), effective immediately.
Established in 1992, Holland is an electrical distribution maintenance and repair company that services the Southeast Region, largely comprised of Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and Arkansas. With a customer base that ranges from power generating facilities to chemical plants to college campuses to military bases, Holland offers circuit breaker testing, preventative maintenance, and repair of electrical distribution equipment, including transformers, switches, contactors, and relays.

The acquisition will enhance the service offerings for both companies, collectively building on their strengths and improving their ability to provide cutting-edge solutions to customers.
Holland will continue to operate as a standalone entity within Sunbelt Solomon and retain its leadership team, which includes Terrell Smith, Matt Hunt, and Bill Douglas. Smith has been appointed General Manager of Holland, and will work closely with Dan Sweeney, Executive Vice President of Sunbelt Solomon.
