SOLOMON, Kan. (October 22, 2024) – Sunbelt Solomon Services (“Sunbelt Solomon”), a leading provider of customized electrical power solutions and services, today announced the acquisition of Struthers Technical Solutions Ltd (“Struthers Tech”). Struthers Tech is a highly skilled electrical engineering consulting firm based in British Columbia, Canada. The combined entity will address a pivotal segment of the electrical power distribution equipment and services market, adding critical mass to Sunbelt Solomon’s existing strong portfolio of full lifecycle management solutions.
Founded in 2011, Struthers Technical Solutions is located in Penticton British Columbia, Canada. Since its inception, Struthers Tech has completed hundreds of engineering projects across Canada and around the world. Chris Struthers, who currently serves as the Company’s President, will continue to lead the businessand will report to Kelly Butz, President of Field Services at Sunbelt Solomon. The union of these companies will further expand Sunbelt Solomon’s Field Services breadth and solidify its presence in British Columbia, enabling it to serve customers from 37 locations globally.
