The Challenge: Testing an HVAC System For a Data Center
Our customer reached out to us for project support for one of their clients. They needed assistance finding a large quantity of load banks (17), specifically 700kW 480V units with vertical discharge, to rent. These units were required to test an HVAC system for a large data center and the client did not want to deviate from the cited specifications. Our customer did not have the required equipment in stock. They initially needed two rentals as soon as possible, and an additional 15 units for early June.
The Solution: Delivering Several Load Banks
Within six days, our team of experts sourced 17 units, bringing them in from four states across the US, to meet our customers’ deadline, and circumvent disruption to their business and the overall project. Our team handled all the shipping logistics, which included each piece of equipment being thoroughly inspected before it was deployed. The rentals arrived on time – and our customer was able to install them onsite.
