The Challenge: A Planned Outage With No Room for Downtime
A large Ontario-based manufacturer of industrial kitchen equipment was planning a shutdown at their facility. And with over 1,000 employees, they needed to ensure that operations would able to proceed throughout the duration of the shutdown, as any downtime would have been very costly.
