The following tools are required to mount the device:
• Greenlee 4″ knockout or 4 1/2″ hole saw
• 7/16″ or 1/2″ drill bit
• Sharpie
• Phillips and common screwdrivers
• 9/16″ and 11/16″ box end wrenches
• Crescent wrench
• Drill
• Razor knife
The transformer must be de-energized before installing the Arc Flash Oil Sample Device. Never attempt to install the device on a transformer that is in service. Follow and comply with all applicable OSHA and NFPA-70E standards.
