Sunbelt Solomon (“SSS” or “the Company”), a leading provider of customized electrical power solutions and services, today announced the appointment of Michael Lamothe as Executive Vice President of the Company’s Services Division. Based in Sharon, PA, and reporting to Company CEO Gus Cedeño, Lamothe will oversee all service businesses and capabilities operating under the Sunbelt Solomon, TITAN, Phasor Engineering Services, and Holland Industrial Services umbrella.
Lamothe joins the Company with more than 25 years of experience in industrial capital equipment, software monitoring, and power distribution services. Most recently, he was President at Alpha Technologies (one of ROPER Technologies companies), a business focused on developing products, software, and service solutions for the industrial/automotive space. His experience also includes serving in leadership roles at EATON Systems and Engineering Services Group, and Danaher’s Power Solution Services, where he was responsible for the merger and integration of the power solutions business into Thomas & Betts. He also spent 17 years with American Power Conversion Corporation/Schneider Electric. During his tenure, he co-founded the APC Global services business.

Lamothe is a US Army veteran (retired US Army Captain – Airborne Paratrooper) and holds an MBA in International Business from Johnson & Wales University and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering technology from the University of Massachusetts.
